1. Choose a flat area for your trampoline free from hazards - a 2 meter clear zone all around. The trampoline should be placed on soft energy absorbing ground.

2. Check your trampoline before every use. Check that it was assembled correctly, the jumping mat(pad) are not damaged and the frame is fixed firmly.

3. The children must be supervised by adults at all times when they are using the trampoline. And they should be told the safety notes.

4. Before the children getting on the trampoline, ensure children take off their shoes and glasses; remove jewellery or any other things which may cause injuries. Taking off socks is recommended. And don't let them wear the clothes which are unfit for sport.

5. After getting on the trampoline, the first thing is to check that there are no any other things on the jumping mat(pad) or net in order to avoid injuries.

6. Do ensure the zip and buckles are closed and locked in the right place after the children getting on the trampoline.

7. We recommend two or less children at a time on one trampoline. When there are several children on the trampoline, let them keep proper space from each other in order to avoid collisions.

8. People should stand one meter back from the trampoline when someone is using it. Also never allow anyone or any pets underneath the trampoline whilst it is in use.

9. Children should be told not to pull the safety net or net poles too hard. When using the trampoline, do not eat any food. Do not close eyes when bouncing.

10. Children should bounce in the middle of the trampoline. Keep the body balanced, and never do somersaults or any other moves which may cause landing on the head or arms.

11. When the children are bouncing on the trampoline, do not let them talk with others outside the trampoline in order to avoid distraction.

12. When the children are using the trampoline, they should get proper rest in order to keep the proper energy to control their bodies. Please let them get down if they want to take a break when someone else is still bouncing on the trampoline

13. The jumping mat(pad) should be kept clean to guarantee their normal use. Please clean them only with water, no need of any detergents.

14. Do not use the trampoline in rain, snow or gale.

When using the trampoline, please do pay attention to the above safety checklist in order to avoid injuries.
